I loved the location of this hotel, it's right next to the bus station which made getting around so convenient. The staff here were really friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who spoke great English. Another aspect that impressed me was the size of the rooms, they were much bigger than I expected and had all the basic amenities I needed. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from and was included in the price.

Despite being located near an area that may seem unsafe, the hotel has measures in place to ensure guest safety. the breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of leisure facilities to enjoy, such as a PC room and comfortable lounge area with a great view. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the friendly staff and easy-going atmosphere.

Best stay ever! Loved the breakfast spread and the helpful staff. The variety of food was spot on and the coffee was amazing. The location was great - close to the station and easy access to public transport. The bed was comfortable and the shower was clean and warm.

Disliked that there was no free coffee or tea in the kitchen and the electric outlet placement was inconvenient for top bunk bed occupants. Other than that, everything else was perfect!
